Recently we've seen some pretty amazing and innovative gadgets from Samsung. Remember those incredibly skinny phones, the 10-megapixel phone, and the i70 camera with HSPDA? Well the gadget flow doesn't stop there. The i7 is Samsung's new digital camera that's also a portable media player (PMP). As a camera, it sports 7.2 megapixels, 3x optical zoom, a maximum ISO of 1600, and advanced shake reduction (ASR). As a PMP, it features a 3-inch LCD screen that can rotate 180º, the ability to record and play SVGA-quality MPEG-4 videos, and, of course, MP3 playback.

Wait one second… what was that about a rotating LCD screen? Oh never mind, that seems rather pointless. Unless I'm missing something, shouldn't I be able to turn the entire gadget for the same effect? If I had only one wish, I would give Samsung's i7 some of that swivel design that the Ultra Video phone has! But no information on price or availability has surfaced just yet anyway.
