Music players, digital cameras, video games — these extras we're used to finding in a cell phone. But the Pharos GPS Phone 600 (coming February for about $650) has something not even the Apple iPhone has: full-blown GPS navigation with maps displayed on the 2.8-inch touchscreen. Just slip the included 2-GB microSD card inside this unlocked quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE world phone and you'll get street maps of the entire U.S. and Canada with more than 5 million points of interest listed. When you're not navigating, you can slip a different microSD card in for playing MP3s or videos or storing pictures taken with the 2-MP camera. The phone also is equipped with stereo Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Maps of Western Europe are available for $119.
