Wii on a movie theatre screen: awesome.

If Santa happened to bring you a Wii yesterday, I'm sure you're having a grand old time playing Wii Sports and whatever other launch titles the elves decided to stick in your stocking. However, the size of the TV you're playing on will have a definite impact on how much fun you have. A 19-inch screen will be kind of fun, a 42-inch screen will be really fun, and a 344-inch screen? Yeah, you see where I'm going with this.

Chances are you didn't reach that third tier of Wii-related fun, but don't worry — we've got a video of some other crazy dudes doing it for your vicarious enjoyment. A programmer and a movie theatre manager managed to get a Wii up and running on one of the big screens, creating a custom sensor bar out of LEDs. The results look pretty sweet, and probably the most fun you could possible have at the theatre this holiday season. Unless of course you go see Deck the Halls… that just looks spectacular.
