I got one and even if some have claimed it to be sluggish and yes sometimes it can be... but generally it works well enough and as far as it goes it is awesome. Plus it is a linux based phone so it a nerd paradise and I am happy to be part of the crowd of Linux deviants... lol
Many may say the iPhone is better but a lot of the iPhone features are for US and later the UK markets, for the rest of the world this phone will be it.
