Best Buy, never a store to shy away from sticking their sharp syringe of opportunism into the veiny arm of American consumers, is set to offer a $15,000 (!) setup for lazy moneybags called ConnectedLife.Home. The Kia-priced setup includes a Media Center PC, an Xbox 360, video cameras, light switches, and more fun goodies.

New wiring isn't required, as the setup connects through powering Ethernet technology, but for your dollars someone will come set it up for you and teach your lazy ass how to turn the upstairs bathroom lights on from the living room couch. Viva la technology! — Adam Frucci
