We had no trouble finding things to be thankful for this week. Beyond the creative computer mice and USB-powered pads for keeping us warm this winter, the Nintendo Wii finally arrived in stores. Not content with the debut of its new game console, Nintendo also surprised us with a music player add-on to the DS Lite. And despite the holiday, we took the time to get a hands-on look at Pioneer's car GPS system and kicked off our Holiday Gift Guide. Yummy. Other tech happenings this week:
