Presto printer gives you email sans computer

hp-presto-printer.jpgOld people. They just can't wrap their heads around new fangled technology, and who can blame them? When they were growing up all they spent enough time figuring out stuff like automobiles and televisions that we take for granted, and now they just don't care that much. That doesn't mean they can't enjoy the benefits of our youthful energy, however. HP's Presto Printer is designed to make email as easy as humanly possible — at least receiving email. Rather than having to worry about signing in somewhere and all that jazz, the printer simply prints out an email when you receive it (in color, even), which is pretty foolproof. Of course, once you start getting spam and phishing emails piled up all around the thing it might not seem like such a great idea, but if gramps just wants to be able to get family photos easily it's a good bet. The printer is $150 and the email service is $10 a month or $100 a year.
