There's all sorts of technology coming out recently to get you out running to the best of your ability. First there was the Nike + iPod kit to get your music synced up with your running, and now comes a fancy shirt to help you monitor you struggling, overworked body while you run. The BioShirt has a tiny built-in computer that weighs less than an ounce including the battery that can track your heartbeat, temperature, and speed. It then transmits the info in real time to a special watch via Bluetooth so you can check your stats as you chug along. This thing is hitting the road in Korea first, so there's no word on availability here in the states. Oh well, I guess you can hold off on turning over a new leaf by exercising for another year.
