Induction stove keeps surface cool while cooking

induction stove

Electrolux has developed a new electric range that uses induction technology to turn your pots and pans into the cooking surfaces, leaving the cooktop cool to the touch. By using magnetic fields, the stove will only get hot when the electromagnetic element comes in contact with it. You can just adjust the expandable and flexible concentric rings on the surface of the stove to fit any variety of pot and pan sizes, so no energy is wasted heating up the space around your fry pan. It also takes no time to preheat and offers very precise control over the temperature of your Chunky Soup, featuring touch sensitive controls, LED indicators, and a nice absence of knobs. This seems like the perfect compliment to your fancy cutting scale, exactly what the tech-savvy chef would love to show off at their next dinner party. The range will come in 30- and 36-inch varieties when it is released this fall. There's no pricing available as of yet.
