Completing the trifecta of Apple news today is the company's upcoming "iTV" unit, a bridge for connecting a computer to a TV for video streaming. Hooking up to your fancy HDTV via HDMI or to your older model with component-video jacks, the iTV looks like a thinner Mac Mini and is controlled by the white remote that's bundled with many Mac models today. It connects to your computer via Wi-Fi, Ethernet cables, or USB and allows you to browse through all your music, photos, and video content stored in iTunes. You can also watch trailers from Apple.com on your TV using the device. There's no word on pricing, and the name will probably change before it hits store shelves, but some form of the iTV unit should be coming out in the first quarter of next year.
