With a USB drive that large you can practically back up your entire hard drive to the thing, albeit a hard drive without any MP3s or videos on it. In fact, that's the whole point of the new drive. Featuring U3 technology, you can install all of your programs and files on the drive and then carry them with you. Plug it in to any computer and voila, it's just like your home PC. Of course, this thing is sure to be monstrously expensive, but in the not too distant future these will be the norm. I remember a time when my computer had a paltry 1GB hard drive. Ah, memories…
