Railz brings novelty of boarding to snow

railz.jpg

Skateboarding is a great sport, allowing young people to get outside, enjoy the fresh air, and get some exercise. The only problem is that once snow falls, there is absolutely no winter sport equivalent that will allow people who enjoy traveling on boards to continue with their passion. Luckily, some forward-thinking enthusiast has developed a way for said young people to bring their sport to the winter months: Railz. Yep, little metal-edged skis that you can attach to a skateboard where wheels usually go, for a mere $50 Railz allows skateboarders to skate around on, get this, snow! We have a good feeling about these — they're just sure to catch on. I wonder if it would be easier to maneuver at higher speeds if the riders' feet were somehow strapped in, perhaps with special boots that gave more support? And maybe the sharpened edges could go straight on the board, removing the need for the little skis and giving the extra control that comes from being closer to the ground? Well, I'm no engineer, so I guess I'll just leave the designing to the pros. Anyways, there's no engine or motor or anything like that, so I'll just stick with the ScarPar.
