Lots of cell-phone news this week! After the wildly expensive Black Diamond phone kicked things off, Motorola got busy with its release of a trio of new sexy models that update the company's ever-popular RAZR, not to mention a sweet, skinny entry-level mobile. A couple of cool cell-phone services made headlines — Google's GPS traffic maps and the Rolling Stones' plans for streaming live concert snippets — and let's not forget that impressive waterproof phone from Sony Ericsson or Nokia's possibly Mission: Impossible-inspired self-destructing models. Outside of the phone world, we reviewed Samsung's portable XM Radio gadget, the Helix, and argued why on-demand viewing is TV's future. Among the other non-telecommunication stories we saw this week:
Monday: Microsoft makes Zune official
Tuesday: Monopoly ditches cash, ruins childhood memories
Wednesday: Ahoy, movie pirates! Face the camera neutralizer…
Thursday: Supersonic plane to move the super rich super fast
Friday: Start your car from over a mile away
