Revo Power makes biking easier for the lazy

revo.jpg

I've always wanted to combine my bicycle with an engine or motor, but I just don't know if it would catch on. First of all, what would you call such a crazy contraption? An enginecycle? That would never catch on. Well, someone else shared my dream and developed the Revo Power, a motorized replacement bike wheel. Getting you going up to 20 mph on flat ground, the Revo Power will get you moving without all of that unpleasant physical exertion normal biking requires. It takes standard two-stroke fuel, the same stuff you fill your lawnmower with, and will add 15 pounds of weight to your bike. But what does 15 pounds matter when your bike can propel itself? Since the other crazy concept bikes we've mentioned recently won't be hitting the streets for a while, this is probably your best bet until then. The Revo Power wheel will be available early next year for $400, but you can reserve yours now for a $50 deposit.

this was suppose to be on the market back in 2002, the web site is no longer available, i don't think is ever going to be on the market, i was hoping it would be with the price of gas being so expensive and also the subways service getting worse as the price goes up, it seems that every one is using the bad economy as an excuse to cut service and raise prices.does any body remember in the seventies when we had a gas shortage, you can only get gas on even or odd days and their was a 10.00 dollar limit, this whole shortage is BULLSHIT
