Casio CD printers: make your piracy professional

casio.jpg

Using sharpies to label that mix CD you made to woo the pretty girl down the block makes you look like you don't really care, and that early onset of Parkinson's makes applying label stickers a frustrating ordeal. What's a boy to do? Pick up one of these Casio CD and DVD printers and have labels printed right onto the surface of your discs, just like the pros. The printers come in two flavors, standalone and PC-dependent. The standalone version has a full keyboard for all your labelmakin' needs, and I assume the one that hooks up to your computer can do more graphical trickery. They both print at 200 dpi on blank discs designed for direct printing — more than enough resolution for those hearts and cupids to come out cleanly. They'll both be available in August for $80 for the PC version and $120 for the standalone model.
