For those of you out there who might not pay attention to the speed limit as much as you should, this license-plate "blurrer" is a surefire way to avoid the cops, or at least get in a lot more trouble when they finally catch you. Simply flick a switch and suddenly your license plate becomes unreadable, flick it back and you're identifiable as the vehicular lawbreaker you are. This prototype was produced for the Bullrun, which is a cross-country race, probably a lot like Cannonball Run, if less wacky. I doubt you'll ever be able to pick one of these up at your local AutoZone due to their highly illegal nature, but perhaps you could figure out how to make one yourself or at least bribe the creator to make you one too.
