UV meter keeps you from feeling the burn

UVmeter_w.jpgWith the ozone layer disappearing faster than Tara Reid's career, it's becoming more and more important to keep your skin safe from the sun's harmful ultraviolet rays. UV rays cause sunburns, premature aging of the skin, and in worst-case scenarios, skin cancer, so looking like an old catcher's mitt is the least of your worries. Of course, wearing sunblock when you're out and about is a good idea, and this handy little gadget will let you know just how thick a coat to apply. Featuring a UV meter, thermometer, and temperature gauge, it lets you know how strong those rays are and how long you'll be safe without any shade or sunblock. Of course, if you want to really be safe, you could just never go outside, just like… um, some people we know.
