A mix between a motorized wheelchair and a Hummer, the awesome TankChair is an all-terrain wheelchair capable of going through mud, snow, sand — you name it, it can traverse it. It can even go up and down stairs! The thing's got some serious horsepower to it too, as displayed by the videos on the Web site. Created by an Arizona man so his wife could enjoy the outdoors after an accident left her wheelchair-bound, the TankChair took two years to develop and create. Now for every 10 sold, he'll donate one to a fire department so it can be given to someone who couldn't normally afford it.
