Traditional lamps can get boring; most look pretty much the same, and if you want to change their look, you're going to end up buying new ones. Not so with the new PixelShades from rAndom International (I guess their captialization is random, too). These are large, circular phosphorescent shades that continually display whatever image you select. If you get bored with the paisley wallpaper pattern you have on it, just change it to pictures of your vacation to Disneyworld. Instant redecoration! rAndom International is looking into collaborating with artists to have them design patterns specifically for the PixelShades, which would give you a whole slew of different looks for your newly space-age bachelor pad.
