Zaha Hadid designed this futuristic kitchen model for Milan Design Week, including lots of fun electronics so you can use the Internet and play music while you cook up your culinary masterpieces. The kitchen consists of two islands, one for your "fire" based work and one for your "water" based work, which is a pretentious way of saying the stove is on one island, and the sink's on the other. The kitchen is loaded with screens, speakers, and touchpanels, but from the photos it seems a little light on things like "drawers" and "cabinets." We're hoping that our personal kitchens in the future are a bit less sterile than this one, but there are some pretty cool ideas here.
