Sybarite is hoping to partner up with planning authorities and property developers in rural England to put together a modular tree house concept. You read it right — tree houses for grown-ups. The prefab units will range in size from one to five (!) bedrooms. Sybarite says the plan could "encourage a more organic approach to country living."
